Just a quick word to say well done to everyone who made it to the Team Lagarto brazilian Jiu jitsu training session in Preston last Sunday. In the sweltering heat the GB Sheffield Team were out in force making up nearly a quarter of the forty people on the mat. Well done particularly to Paul L, Tracy, Pete, Hayden and Guy who aquitted themselves very well amongst some really good BJJ'ers from the other clubs. The atmosphere was really friendly and the standard was high, it's no surprise to see people getting better and better with all the commitment shown, well done. It also helps to have 3 black belts taking the session.

Congrats also to Gareth and Dorian from Doncaster who both got stripes, Gareth on his purple belt and Dorian on his brown.
