You are due to die tomorrow. Today you throw a last supper and invite 12 people from history (who are dead) to join you.

You are seated in the middle with the persons you most admire closest to you (as per the famous painting), who would you want there, and how would your seating plan work out?

Here's mine:

Henry V
Elizabeth I
Boudica
Alfred the Great
Fred Dibnah
Albert Einstein
ME
Charles Darwin
King Harold
Lord Nelson
Oliver Cromwell
Erwin Rommel
Capability Brown

What would your seating plan be?

People who have died?

I'd invite my Grandma and sit beside her.

I'd ask if she knew how much I love her, and miss her.

All the others at the table would be just making up the numbers.

Sorry , I was half-asleep doing my last posting . I didn't realise the guests were supposed to be dead. However , I should get half -marks as my list had some who are charismatically -dead and a few who appear brain-dead.
If I wanted to really miss this sad world of ours , as opposed to wanting to get out of it , I would pick :----

1. Les Dawson

2 Max Miller

3 Tommy Handley

4 Jack the Ripper

5 Tommy Cooper

6 Einstein

7 W.C Fields

8 J. Stalin

9 A. Hitler

10 Anne Bancroft

11 Edith Piaf

12 Ian Rankin
