I would love some ideas of whats on offer in our area, we are in North Anston, but i have a car and dont mind driving.

Kickboxing is an excellent way to keep fit and learn to defend yourself at the same time.

Hi!

Why not join a salsa class or line dancing where you can even get create your own character.

I used to have a friend years ago who used to go to line dancing with her husband.

She used to dress up in a long red satinnightie with a matching gown and used to put feathers in her hair and have a long black cigarette holder as she was a saloon girl.

That must be fun.

Kind regards

Lisa xx
