I don't know if anybody's noticed but the daffodils around Sheffield have been absolutely stunning this year. I've spent the last few days travelling around the city photographing them.
I've uploaded a few to my Panoramio page in my signature below if you wish to have a look but Panoramio don't seem to give you the facility to post them direct onto this forum (unless I'm missing something:huh:).

Yes, have been and will be: most of mine have not flowered yet, probably due to not being planted until February - hot tip that for anyone wanting to prolong the flowering season next year!

Yes I think Sheffield looks better with all the dafs out in bloom.

I saw a boy late-on Mothers day with a bunch in his hand at the bus stop by the side of Longley Park no wrappings were evident... its the thought that counts.:)
