Where is the best place to view a sunset in sheffield ? Ideally i want the city centre to be in main view, (for photography purposes) any sujestions would help, thanks

Try Manor Lane, off Harborough Ave. Or Skye Edge fields.

The cafe in Norfolk Park has a good view of most of the city centre.

What about from the cholorea monument just off granville road, unobstructed view of the city from there

Suffer from terrible head trauma the following day dear fellow! Tend to stay on the pints and go along the quantity not quality (or in this case, abv) scenario so that ones day after is not spoilt!:thumbsup:

I was gonna say, the Sheaf Pub I know at the bottom of Fraser road offers absolutely nothing with regards to views of sheffield. In fact, it offers absolutely nothing as a pub either!

I second Norfolk Park. From the top of the hill you are looking directly west, out over the city centre.. actually I took a photo (http://www.auit07.dsl.pipex.com/DSC_0016.JPG) from my living room window which looks out in that direction a couple nights ago...
