Has anyone ever reared day old partrige chicks my grandson is rearing some and is looking for useful tips temperatures, feed etc . he knows a bit already but additional tips would be useful.

hi mate i think they should be the same rearing as quails so if you have a proper brooder i think it needs to be around 25 degrees but am not surtain of this but if you have not got a brooder a red heat lamp will do the same as long as the young have room to move in and out of the heat,as food goes i would try chick crumbs or a layers mash for most poultry:hihi:
