Hi Urbanator.
To get rid of the cold:

Large mug of Hot water+ Ribena + Squeeze half a lime (lemon will do)
+ A spoon of honey + Chopped fresh ginger
Stir well and you have the AFK Cold remedy !!!
It works on everyone except me!

With regard to the other fights, Sophie Simnett won by decision. Her fight was a WAR!
Kieran Lomax (you remember him dont you) won by KO with a spinning heel kick to the head!!! :help:

Two of Yousifs other previous opponents Jack Jones and Josh Webb Gaskin also won by Decision.
What made me laugh is both are bigger than yousif now so a rematch is out of the question. :hihi:

Yousif was supposed to be on this show but he had an injured foot.
He fought last sunday in manchester (thaiboxing rules).
He won his fight but did his foot in first round (kicked the other guys KNEE!)

What won him the fight (and it was that that close) was how he grabbed the guy in the clinch and literally dumped him on the canvas!
