Can anyone help me with a computer problem?.I am with bt Pay as you Go,and when I first started I was on Outlook Express,then it altered to bt yahoo internet mail.Now its gone back to Outlook Express,which wont let me mail and keeps rejecting my password,but I can e Mail from the Internet via Bt yahoo internet mail.What is the difference in these two E Mail sites? The only thing I can think of what I have done wrong is by continually forgetting to "sign out" of my account.I read on bt webpage that if you do this too often it can reject your password.As long as they dont charge me for two different accounts.Any suggestions? Im rather thick as ive only been a computer user for three months.

a month or two ago BT secured all their emails via pop3. try authenticating when connecting via pop/smtp. (looks for settings).

or a quick read of the bt site just now, seems to say that pay as you go pop3 access has been dropped. which could be an explanation.
