My little girl Eboney Jayne O Brien is going to be on Calender new,s at lunchtime Friday 1st July.. She was singing for the Colley Club today .with her school.. I just am so proud Eboney is now know as the little girl with the big voice.. just wanted to share it with you all..

Wow, what a tremendous voice for such a young person. I was dreading the idea that it might be a Shirley Temple or Lena Zavaronni[sp?] but she was remarkable!! I also liked the fact that some of the singers she likes could actually hold a tune themselves and she is not just trying to be another Spice Girl or some of the other untalented 'singers' we have rammed down our throats.

THANKYOU VERY MUCH FOR YOUR COMMENTS..I was very proud of her... I was buzzing all day.. Eboney was so chilled out loved all the attention.. I hope this is not the last thing for her... not sure what too do now.. If anyone has any advice please let me know.. If anyone want,s Eboney to sing on a charity even... I am sure Eboney would love it.. I don,t push her if she is not happy over anything I don,t push.. She is enjoying all the attention.. I hope Sheffield Star do a little bit for her too... anyhow thankyou all again

ebony was a real star, the film on calender didnt play,so she sang live no music,fabulous, i was at the dial house club for the tsunami disaster concert,stephanie king did a spot with her talented kids,and i am not sure but i think ebony was performing that night,you should be really proud of your daughter.

It's rare that I watch TV (for many reasons) but I had half an hour spare earlier on and flicked through the channels and saw this. Then I remember reading this thread.

She really does have a big voice for someone so young!
