Hi there Sheffield Yoga Dancers,
Due to the success of the previous three yoga dance modules we will be running another 5-week module. The dance we will be focussing on is modern, beautiful, dynamic and graceful. We will cover the following:
Warm ups;
Body preps;
The classical asanas in the dance;
The classical asanas modernised for the dance;
A dynamic cool down or maybe even a Dru Yoga sequence to music;
A deep healing and nurturing relaxation to integrate the energy from the dance.
The block will start on Friday 5th June and end on Friday 3rd July. It will be from 6 – 7.30pm at the Sharrow Performing Arts Space. The cost will be £30 waged and £17.50 unwaged.
