Looking for a shop location in city centre somewhere where a catering establishment can be located.

You could also try businessesforsale.com - but these tend to be 'going concern' sales, rather than premises lets.

You will find it difficult just relying on websites. Take agents names off boards on shops to let they often have others. We enquired about one on the Moor the agent sent us details of loads many of which were still occupied and trading, you would never have known they were up for grabs. Try Christies via their Leeds office, they often handle retail as well as Catering premises. Rents in the town centre can be a bit steep. Try looking for somewhere that already had permission for catering use (A3). There have been a couple recently in the Business section of the Sheffield Star on a Wednesday night.
