Where can I get tins of cat food in gravy?

Minnie doesnt like it in jelly and the only one in gravy I can find is pouches and she's eating 6 a day :/

Help please!! Ive looked all over and had no luck what so ever!

Wow! 6 pouches a day? That's an expensive cat!

Most supermarkets sell at least the Felix gravy in tins selection.

What about whiskas in gravy - Jollies at Sheffield and Pets at Home at Drakehouse retail park had offers on recently - about £11 for 24 cans.

Hi Gina

We've just learnt from experience that we should have given our cats less wet food and more biscuits, Gus, our 3 year old has gum disease already :o
They only ever had a pouch a day (each) with biscuits available all the time!
Now they're just on biscuits :(

Do you mix the gravy/meat with biscuits? (we got our meat in tins from Morrisons, goes further, is cheaper and you can recycle tins!) it might be worth it to stretch the gravied stuff out a bit and be better for your cats teeth. They get used to it eventually, despite the inital sulking :(

Went into local Coop earlier for bread, ended up looking round.. Whiskers In gravy!!!! At 86p a tin though, seems rather expensive! Will try all the places mentioned, we havent been shopping as such since we got her, just into town really and havent been able to find anything in Gravy. Her previous owner say she'll only have Iams, shes picky, I bought her a small bag at £2, she turned her nose up at them, they're still sat there from Sunday!!! Shes just eating the wet food! She seems well in herself, having not even entertaining her usual food. So, thanks :)

Hmm.. Never thought of that!! We havent mixed them together, she's done that herself, (she has a side by side dish!), but might give that a go. She's getting pampered here, other owner said she wasnt loving but my god, I cant help it she snuggled up with me every evening so far!! Guess im just learning about my new cat, god I love her, and she went outside today, and came back in after 5 minutes!!! WOOO. After just 4 days, shes been out twice, and come back.

Of course she'll only eat the food she really likes if she's given a choice!

I'd get her a bag of Royal Canin Exigent biscuits (it's for fussy cats and my cats will eat through the bag to get it) and give her meaty food as a treat.

Meaty food? As in like ham? Or special cat food?

God look at me, ive been brought up around cats!!! And it feels like I hardly know a thing!

Shes got tons of treats, cat milk she turned her nose up to though! :)
Buying her a bed tomorrow, not sure if she'll go into it. Ooh I love her already! Im really glad I got her now, she's excellent with the rabbits too and Charlie!!

Sainsburys do their own brand in gravy. It's about 47p a can.

Hi. I have been feeding my cat on wet food but recently saw a random display in a pet shop for the Royal Canin food and they had some samples. The cats LOVE it! It is great stuff - no smell as it's dry and less likely to attract flying things during the summer months. Plus it's the same price as feeding pouches and the best thing of all - there are content descriptions so you actually know what is going into your cat's food. Best thing I ever did - eases my guilt about feeding them something which I suspect is mainly water, ash and horse meat!
