I usually buy plug geraniums from my local garden centre but this year they aren't stocking them. Managed to get a dozen poor condition ones from wilkinsons in hillsboro, but then saw an advert for jerseyplantsdirect.com in the weekend papers for 50 + 20 for £9.99.

Seems such a bargain, anybody used this company or had much experience with mail order?

Cheers

I used them a couple of years ago - Ordered 50+ of something, delivery was late (v late) then they said they couldn't supply them so sent something totally different without checking with me first. They then gave me the option to return them (as I didn't want 50 purple primulas!), but who can be bothered to repackage plug plants once you've ripped them open. Bit of a nightmare, and def not worth the hassle. They still send me their brochures which always look like great value for money, but I think it's just too unreliable.

I've had good results from Thompson and Morgan

I wouldn't touch anything advertised in the weekend papers from a company you've not heard of before - once bitten...

LOL, I'll second that.

I've had mail order things from T&M etc before and been v pleased with what I've received.
