Bidding is wierd. You may not get first house, as it depends on the waiting time of everyone who applies, priority goes first but if someone with priority has been on list for longer than you, they would get property. Hope that helps. If you went for an adapted property, a disabled person with mobility priority would have priority over you. But if you went for a house listed as applicants with priority, you would be offered property over applicants who have been on list for years without priority.
I think Attercliffe may have this as well as areas of Darnall.
