I used to do this service in London and still do the odd track. I got it down to an average of about 4 hours from first listening to final mix. Just couldn't make it pay, especially now that free MIDI files are all over the net. I know they're not as good as a tailor made track, but plenty good enough for yer average pub duo. Good Luck mate!
