Does anyone know the name of the singer who sings a country song and laughs all the way through it.

There was the Elvis song, "are you lonesome tonight" where he laffs all the way through, because of the opera singer in the background

Nope, not that one.
As i remember the song went on about his mother or something, i think.
The song is sketchy though i heard it on radio 2 a couple of months ago.
He starts singing and starts with a short giggle then the giggling gets longer as the song goes on.
I think he does it in front of a live audience.

Heard me dad playing a song along those lines quite a bit. I'll ask him when he gets home from work and get back to yer!
