Hello my partner is renting his property out and we would like any advice on if there is a scheme what covers built in appliances and the boiler for repairs and breakdowns...and if it can't be repaired then the comapny would supply a new appliance ...I know British Gas does this but they are very expensive and we have had a bad experience with them.
