Hi guys a question for all those that have been successful in getting a property after bidding on one From sheffield propertyshop, when in your experience did they call you for a viewing after the bidding closed, thanks

They usually send out a letter stating the address on which you have had a succsessful bid. Not sure if the letter also includes a viewing date an time or if you need to ring up to arrange one?
The letter will be sent out after the bid period closes, however this could be anything from 1 week to who knows? As also the property you are being offered might have been turned down by someone else and your next down the list

Yup, you are usually sent a letter that gives details of the address, rent, any other charges - and it says you must call Sheffield Homes on the number provided to arrange a viewing date.
