OK i know sheffield council is backwards concerning most things but please tell me there are allowing the live8 concert to be broadcasted somewhere on a large screen?????

Probably a bit late but another 55000 tickets are being released on a first come first served basis - they have to be collected from venues around the country. Unfortunately the nearest place to here is Manchester Apollo. They start giving them away at 3.00 o'clock today and if they're not all gone by 7.00pm they'll start again tomorrow.

The tickets wont get you into the actual concert but you'll be able to watch it on big screens south of the Serpentine

i ahve also seent hat this topic has been covered previously and its not being shown in sheffield.....pathetic sheffield council ! about tiem they got in the modern day and kept up with other cities !
