Favourite photo is no 3 with the spiders web. This could be worth hawking around the national exhibitions as it clearly has quality written all over it. However, purists may bemoan the cropping of the top and bottom petals. The other images, I'm afraid are mundane and pedestrian. The weakest photo is no 5, which has no point of interest whatsoever. No2 is interesting, however, there are serious focussing issues which detract from the overall beauty of it. No 4 is probably a 6.5/10, the main problem with this being that the image is "soft", perhaps a little camera shake or plant movement took place. The photo could also be improved by using a white card to reflect light back on to the stem. I hope that this is of use to you.

Just goes to show beauty is in the eye of the beholder: I absolutely *love* number 5. What I imagine the poster above sees as no point of interest, I see as a dreamy, muted atmosphere.

I really loved shot 3:thumbsup:!!!! others nice but nothing special (in my unqualified opinion).

It is a lovely garden, but, alas, it is not mine. It belongs to relatives we are staying with in New Zealand.
