Wanted to try Le Bistrot Pierre but left it too late to get a decent table. Any recommendations outside the ones I have written on the poll would be appreciated.

I was going to write lots on it then I ran out of ideas! Kaizabella 18-03-2009, 11:01 I love Casanova's, its a really good restaurant with decent prices and a good atmosphere. I'll always recommend it!! lizmachin 18-03-2009, 12:10 Great food at Ranulph's. I also recommend the Coach & Horses at Dronfield. Both lovely fresh prepared food at reasonable prices. I live (for the next few months) very close to the Milestone and love the place. I just find it all a bit too busy to enjoy on a Saturday night. Silverbear 18-03-2009, 12:27 Top 5: (not in any order just variety) Aagrah - Leopold Square Papaciccios - Crosspool - BYO wine Zeugma - London Road - BYO wine La Luna - Banner Cross - BYO wine Canton Orchard - Ranmoor slimsid2000 18-03-2009, 14:30 Try that Lebonise place on Glossop Road. Springtime 18-03-2009, 15:42 Thank people! Any more??? medicgirl 18-03-2009, 17:20 Always the Milestone for me. but if not, the Ivory just off West Street is good too. Smack Jack 18-03-2009, 17:35 It all depends on the atmos your after. Personally my fave is Noodle Inn but its only good for great food casual dining and beer drinking. The Milestone has good quality food but a poor atmos in my opinion. I hate the way the staff are so sales driven and superior. Aagrah is pleasant actually for a meal. Good service and food! |
