If i save an illustrator image at work it shows up in thumbnails with a smaller image. On my home computer it shows a thumbnail of the orange illustrator logo and not the image.

I use xp at work and vista at home would this make a difference.

I have searched the net and it seems you have to have software to quick view the thumbnail
