Yes I went with my son and we really enjoyed it.
Glad Liverpool won they were by far the best team out of the four.
Can't believe Alan Kennedy was playing - must be in his fifties.
Drinks and food were pricey - 3 quid a pint !!

Also, the Rockettes were nice to watch - wish they had em at Millmoor !

awww! I really wish I'd gone now . . . couldn't make it cos of work. :( Strix, was the old flair there? did he nutmeg or shimmie or even wave his leg over the ball - the trademark Waddle move?

Really miss those days watching him at Hillsborough skinning people down the wings.

He didn't get much of a chance. Liverpool played them off the 'field', but surprisingly they were drawing by full time :|

Originally i was going to go then i looked into it and saw the ticket prices(£12) and i thought one is not paying £12 to watch a bunch of old men on what is about a 20 minute match.(each time there is a game. The organisers need to realise these are'nt pros anymore and adjust the ticket prices accordingly.

There were 5 matches, so that works out at £2.70 per match, if you include the booking fee.

And we got Ian Rush's autograph :D

12 quid for 3 hours entertainment? When you consider the price of other activities, it is pretty damn cheap I think!
