View Full Version : March - Important month for Sheffield Teams
Stockers 05-03-2009, 21:29 It seems the Tevez saga could finally be coming to an end, our date for the next hearing is the 16th March;

Anyone heard anymore on the Wednesday takeover, is it still on target for March?
Whatever happened to that Sheard fella by the way?:loopy:
CorkerSWFC 05-03-2009, 21:30 Good point he has gone quiet in the last couple of weeks.
im not even thinking about the takeovewr to be honest -been down this road before
CorkerSWFC 05-03-2009, 21:34 What takeover lol
yes hope its a good month for sheffield football.
out take over will take off. and hope the deserting rats will swim back.
and you guys will get what you deserve of cheating westham.
NERVY-OWL 05-03-2009, 22:04 should be an interesting month. hopefully utd can get a decent payout from them although i dont agree with them upping the claim because of a second season out of the prem.

I just hope they can finally put it all to bed one way or the other - even after the botched decision, the PL could've eased the problems if they'd given the £5.5m to United (wonder where that went to...?). I'd rather them deduct West Ham 30 points this season (and therefore relegate them) than get any money (apart from to cover the costs so far). We'll just waste it anyway!
As for the Owls takeover - it is important something happens by the end of the month, otherwise it might take a bit of the shine off of Strafford's leadership, if he fails to deliver that? At least it shouldn't be anything related to Sheard, he was last reportedly interested in Newcastle I think, so you dodged a bullet there!
the blades do deserve a pay off and i hope they get something .
as far as we are concerned , i dont believe anything until its signed sealed and delivered
It could prepper decide every thing swfc win the rest othere games in March it'll well set us up for a run on the play off and if sufc do they can push for automatic spot. Go sheffield teams innit
Looks like the shammers are trying to reach an out of court settlement. I say forget it lets go to court and see what other damming evidence against the cheating cockneys and go for the bigger payment

but would`nt that just drag it on for another year or two ?
Earwiggo 06-03-2009, 18:04 Did I hear right earlier today (Friday 6th) that West Ham are about to go in to administration?
I just caught a bit on talksport, I didn't hear the whole thing.

Bladesman 06-03-2009, 21:07 The rumour from McCabe himself is the Tevez is case is pretty much settled and we will get between £15-30mil.
Although just like the Wednesday takeover I will believe it when I see it.
Show me the money! :)

Bladesman 06-03-2009, 21:10 I think West Ham might be lucky to find any money to be honest.
