Just wondered if this was being moderated in the same way as the old one only there are an awful lot of repeat posts??? I realise it is a tome consuming job but it seems to be more of a problem with the new section than it did with the old?

A number of steps are being taken to reduce the small minority of users who post a lot of duplicate ads, including limiting the total number of ads which can be posted by each user and introducing a requirement that users must use the main forum before being allowed to post in the classifieds, which is aimed to reduce the number of duplicate accounts which exist just to post classifieds ads.

The new classifieds is being moderated as the old area was, but in common with the rest of the forum the team is dependent on users letting us know when they spot an issue as it's impossible to read all threads or ads, so please use the report function when you spot a duplicate.
