I have been ordering my bedding etc over the internet tonight for my pigs and bunnies and came across these http://www.mydayfeeds.co.uk/product.html - Dried carrot peices. They are meant for horses but wondered whether they may be any good for pigs/bunnies as I go through loads of veg everyday and it can sometimes go off. Any advice would be greatly appreciated :)

Knowing a bit about horses and rabbits digestive systems, I would say they are quite similar, and both not that great. Personally I would like to see a full list of ingredients before feeding to either my horse or rabbits.

I'd always be wary on products like these, often they are covered in molass first

Fresh veggies are the best treats you can ever give your rabbit. I don't have a pig, but imagine the same goes for them.
