I am looking for advise on a data cable/drivers but would need a long one 5-10 metres if they sell them.
I tried a belcom adsl wireless G router but after trying for hours to install it,i gave up and took it back as it would not recognise or install, on our computers, even after ring £1 min helplines.

Our son has a Laptop and wants to be able to acess the internet off our PC (in another room) as well as tranfer data/music files etc. he has a USB pen but needs a cable or whatever to transfer films etc from our hardrive.
Any advise ,thanks in advance

if the PC has a network card, or onboard network then you can just grab yourself a crossover/x-over/patch ethernet cable :) although they're more expensive at maplins, if you dont know what your looking for and want it quick just nip in and you can grab one for like £5

and yes, sure I know you can get them for £2 on ebuyer and such... but when you take into account, postage, days to deliver... maplins is just more convienent for one small cheap item :P so dont go off on one guys!
