The dwarf bit refers to the size of ears!
I've got a dwarf lop and she's over 3ft long when stretched out! (and moults..its like a snow storm)

Have a look on rabbit rehome.
Fab site- all used rabbits (no new ones!) but I got one from Angie (BARC) through that website and he's just....well a menace....but wonderful!
Give a bunny a second chance!

Put in your location.
The charities all help each other out and can get bunnies from further away if needs be.

Well she is definitely a lop as I'm sure you know :hihi: dwarf lops can actually be quite large rabbits, there are smaller ones that are called mini lops these are small/medium sized and the ones that I have known have lovely gentle personalities, I much prefer them to the dwarf variety :)

i have had loads of rabbits in past, i have had a dwarf lop and a giant breed aswell, and she does look like a giant breed lop cross she is double of my old bunnys but with the hugh chest xx
She's certainly not a mini lop .. heh .. we have one who still fits in one hand and she's 4.

ah but mini lops can also get waaaay to big, due to bad breeding over the years. I used to breed mini lops and french lops. Do you have any idea how much she weighs? She could actually be a mini, dwarf, german or french lop...
I can't remember the BRC standards off-hand, but as a rough idea, a mini usually weighs (ideally) under 4lbs, a french lop WELL over 10lbs (mine were around 12 - 17lbs) and the dwarf and german lops are somewhere inbetween.

Well I think its fair to say that we can all agree she's a rabbit....
Its just the rest of it....
