Hard one as Sheffield has produced so many great singles. One of my favourites is The Comsat Angels - Independence Day. Never tire of hearing it.

Comsat Angels again, a single called 'It's History', absolutely brilliant chorus.
Also a new(ish) Sheffield band called Dangerous Lilos have a song called 'Basic Anatomy', quirky but very very good.
