Its is really fun, not too serious and a good mix of people, I have met some great friends through going.

mistyraven 08-03-2009, 18:47 So what about a six year old who wants to do this?
steelcity1 08-03-2009, 19:01 6 is a bit too young as they cant concentrate for long enough ,and tend to get fed up easy
bimmerz_vn 09-03-2009, 16:42 Your commitment controls the time involved. The following workout can be completed in 15 minutes, or thrice that. Simply adjust the intervals, starting with 30 seconds and working up to 60 as you build strength, speed, and wind. Go for a full-body regime, alternating legs and arms every other day. And don't count reps. Work against the clock like a real boxer. You'll soon understand that a 3-minute round is forever.
you still got spaces for begginers im interested just for the fitness side of things i am 32 and slowly getting wider lol cheers rich

Rossaldinho 20-08-2011, 09:31 Just wondered if this class is still running. Similar to the person that posted a few months back, I'm 31 and desperate to regain the fitness I had a couple of years ago.
If it's still going. do I need to call and book a place?
Ta.
