Seems a few people have jumped on blackwells back over his last few signings but im just starting to notice a patten with all the players he has signed over the past few months.

They all seem to be very young players and want to play a certian way

John joe- just signed from watford seem like he suits to playing direct fooball ( he has come to the perfect team then) he is young and can scored goals. ok not the finished article but with time might become more all round player

Jamie Ward- young fast and eager. comes from league two and going to take him a while to bed in. but again he is at the right age and wants to learn and become better and he might one day turn that way.

David cotts- ok i wouldnt be the 1st to have a go but he has shown what he can do (hull game) and he is an out and out winger and i think he is the man and at 21 again he is at the right age and still learning his game.

Lupoli- ok he might not sign for permo but he looks intellgient and good movement havnt seen alot but he must be half decent to play for arsenal and scored goals at norwich so shows he knows where the net is and at 21 still young and wants to play football

Kyle naughton- says it all really

Kyle walker- much like naughton quick and eager and wants to play again but might find it hard to gets past naughts but if naughts goes i think he would cover up great

As you can see blackweel wants a young team which he can mould into his own and we got players in their mid 20's like killa and halford monty webber etc etc

give him time still has long time on his contract to go i feel if not this year maybe next he wants to do things his way we gave warnock 7 years so why not him he nearly did it last year and he still might this year

just like to show that we have a good young bright team where they could mould together and make a premier league team if we make the right signings lets rally on and get behind them

up the blades!! :)

Or another way to look at it, if they're younger - they will probably want less wages....

who was it that said you will never win anything with kids????

I think its a policy that pays off in the last 20 minutes of games and one that we should continue with but he has to keep a settled team if he can- i think we have tinkered too much recently.
