Keep it clean please :D Tell her to clear her history and cookies and try again. Get a mod to have a quick look at her account as well  (although one of them will have probably seen this and is on the case already) JoeP 24-06-2005, 16:26 Hiya, I'd go with vidster's comments here. Sometimes the cookies get frazzled and need deleting from within the Forum AND from within her Internet Browser (assuming IE, that is - dunno whether cookies get so mangulated on other browsers. Joe poppins 24-06-2005, 17:09 Wow ! Thanks for the advise, funny ones too, nice to have a personal thread. Sounds like you have a spyware/virus situation there. Follow this link to TrendMicro's Housecall (www.trendmicro.com/housecall). It's a free online scanner and should remove any viruses you have. Then tackle your spyware problem with both Ad-Aware SE (http://www.download.com/Ad-Aware-SE-Personal-Edition/3000-8022_4-10045910.html?part=dl-ad-aware&subj=dl&tag=top5) and Spybot search and destroy (http://www.safer-networking.org/en/download/index.html). Update them both and run them. Let them fix anything they find  Deleting cookies and history: Go to start ->control panel ->internet options->click on 'Clear history' ->Now click on 'Delete Cookies' and click 'OK' poppins 24-06-2005, 18:07 Thank you Vidser, i will try it tonight need time in case i mess up, you worded it verysimple for me to follow, thank you very much.
