I have not really posted on here for a year or so. When I first joined the forum I became immediately addicted. I loved the banter, the arguments and it's interactive slant on topical local events.

I appreciate that there are legal issues that need to be adhered too. But I stopped posting because I felt the forum was becoming too moderated and dominated by a certain group of posters.

I have always popped on now and then to see what was being said.

But having spent a little more time on here it seems the moderation is still very restrictive.

Maybe the proof will be whether this thread will survive!
What do other people think?

There have been plenty of threads allowed on the moderation of SF. All of them descended quickly, so I've closed this. If you have a query relating to a particular thread or wish to complain about any of the moderators please make use of the Help Desk facility. It's one of the reasons it is there.
