'Sheffield United Cricket Club are located at the superbly equipped Bawtry Road ground near Meadowhall, with a 5 lane indoor cricket school and 4 cricket pitches.

We have 4 Senior League teams playing cricket at the weekend in the Yorkshire League, South Yorkshire League Division 2, Doncaster Alliance Premier League and Sheffield League respectively. We also have a Women's team and a thriving Junior section with a strong history of success, but particularly in 2008 with three out of four junior sides being district champions.

We are looking for new players of all standards for all teams for the forthcoming 2009 season. We are a friendly and sociable club and all players will be warmly welcomed.

Great club, with LOADS of excellent qualified coaches, some really good senior cricketers and a top junior section (no better club in Sheffield for juniors !). Most of them support Wednesday, tho.
