Where do you usually go and what about your level? I'm about 2.5-3.0.

I'm always up for a game of tennis, best courts are at the indoor ones at Graves. If you've got a car and are willing to drive them i'd be up for a game any time. Only been playing properly for about 6 months, but if you can serve and have a decent rally then i'll give you a good game.

What exactly does a level of 2.5-3 actually mean??

Means general tennis level and you can find them in any tennis website such as

2.5
You are learning to judge where the ball is going, although your court coverage is limited. You can sustain a short rally of slow pace with other players of the same ability.

3.0
You are fairly consistent when hitting medium-paced shots, but are not comfortable with all strokes and lack execution when trying for directional control, depth, or power. Your most common doubles formation is one-up, one-back.

Graves is a little farther... I'm living at commonside (S10). Anyone near here?

I also love at commonside and the closest courts would be at Goodwin or Western Park. Seems a little cold atm to play but if you can brave the elements then i'd be more than happy to give you a game. I'd say I was a little better than 3 as i'm fairly sure I can place the ball and sustain a fairly lenghty rally. I still make a few mistakes though so sounds like we'd be fairly well matched. If you fancy a game at any point then send me a pm and we'll sort something out.

Cheers
Stewart

I went to Western park to play almost every weekend but it's always crowded. If you have time we can plan and go there early.
