An exciting new yoga class on Tuesday evenings in Nether Edge....
This new yoga class is based on hatha yoga practice and philosophy and incorporates physical posture practice (asanas), breathing (pranayama) and relaxation (yoga nidra). I'm a registered yoga teacher with the Yoga Alliance and my style focusses on alignment in the individual asanas and brings in the practice of flowing sequences to join the asanas through movement and the use of the breath.
The class is friendly and relaxed and is open to people of all abilities and experience of yoga and all levels of fitness. There is no need to book so please feel free to come along.

When: Tuesday evenings from 7.45pm to 9pm.
Where: Serenity Spa, 10 Kenwood Park Road, Nether Edge S7 1NF
Cost: £6 per class or £20 if you book for a block of 4 classes
