When Strafford came in though, he said Beevers was on the verge of being sold, but he stopped it and said no ones for sale, as they didn't need to. I couldn't imagine a young local lad like Beevers wanting to leave. It would be bad for him tbh, he's not going to be a first team player in the prem, he's better off staying at Wednesday where he's going to get a chance to develop.

I think Beevers has the potential to be a good player. But I just don't see any club in the Premier League that is a good option for him.

He's still a kid and still on probation at Hillsborough.

I don't even know why they bother with the transfer window these day's, the club's with cash go even more over the top when it opens anyway.
Ok its there to stop clubs bringing in players when they like but it still doesnt stop club's tapping up players which is still obviously in full force with the premiership club's.
