View Full Version : What is the Difference, dont want to drive you away, so read on........
BoppinBruce 23-06-2005, 14:47 I come accross various issues in my job. What I want to know, and I can get the official ruling, but want forumers to tell me if they dare, the difference between soft porn and porn.
Bet this gets pulled lol
KookyKoo 23-06-2005, 14:49 Hmmmm I thought soft didn't show anything "close up"???
Not that I'm some porn connoisseur (sp?) or anything!!!
muddycoffee 23-06-2005, 14:49 Soft porn is just boobs and simulated rumpy-pumpy.
Softcore pornography is the likes of the sport and most top shelf mags. Hardcore is intercourse, and actual sexual acts, and I do belive an erect penis constitutes hardcore pornography.
Joel
soft porn u cant see most a the stuff i guess, and hard is just hard?
There are only shots of gyrating and canoodling, maybee an odd booby shot...certainly no shots of a blokes backwheels and axl.
Soft porn is like the stuff you see on TV, even on the adult channels, where a lot is implied, harcore is the stuff you buy mail order where anything goes.
BoppinBruce 23-06-2005, 14:53 Joan Bakewell did an investigation about a year ago and yes, she could look at an erect penis but could not show us it as Television viewers. Is that acceptable?

LordChaverly 23-06-2005, 14:57 For it to be shown on British TV, the angle of dangle should not be higher than the Mull of Kintyre

I can't believe this has been running for more than 10 minutes now...:P
R- Lass just asked me "Why make porn films longer than 3 Minutes" Hope she's kidding :hihi:
Hiya Boppin, just wondering - why do you want to know?
I would consider anything you can legally watch on tv or buy in a newsagents to be soft porn, not sure if that's right or not, but seems to tie in pretty much to what others have said.
Swan_Vesta 23-06-2005, 15:01 I've PM'd you. I don't think my answer's suitable for public consumption :)

shes got a point tho...
Ousetunes 23-06-2005, 15:03 Oh dear, I thought soft porn was because it kept me soft.
And hard porn was because.....,
(Appararently.)*
Any good links so we can decide which we prefer?
* PS. I'm lying.
BoppinBruce 23-06-2005, 15:03 The prob is that the law is vague. There are different standards for film, art, television, internet, printed matter etc.etc.
I can understand it running for 10 mins BECAUSE most people dont understand the law. As per the answers so far.
The angle of the dangle is directly proportional to the
heat of the meat, as augmented by the thrust of the bust,
and inversely so to the mass of the ass, so long as the
bore of the whore remains constant.
:D
Joel
Soft Porn - Ken & Deidre. Hard Porn Pamela Anderson & Tommy.
Soft porn means no erections and no views of actual penetration (with anything!).
An erection is always described as anything more upright than the peninsula pointing southwards on the west coast of Scotland.
Hard porn shows literally any and everything. You name it, it goes!

Until recently erections were allowed but they wern't allowed to be pointing upwards, to the side or downwards was fine, but not upwards.

Ousetunes 24-06-2005, 10:37 My brother in law, is a Big Lad, but I don't mean in the Trouser Department (although, you never know, he might be). He's about twenty stone.
He's also got a rather loud gob and once after a few Shandys when he was chatting up a Sonia, working in KFC he was granted the usual comment of "I bet you've got a right small dick."
His response still brings tears of laughter to my eyes:
"That might be right, luv" he said, "but I've got twenty stone to ram it in with!!"

Sometimes, you just gotta take yer hat off.

I cant quite remember the source, but a survey recently showed that the average time a hotel ordered porno is played for is 8 minutes...
