See how much better it is when we play football! Well played lads, Cotterill was brilliant, i thought Hendrie had a great game until he went off.. Looking forward to a trip to Hull now!

UTB! here here steve. much better. why did'nt he play that side last week. morgan apart.. hull here i come ground 121. straight home tonight to gell the hair and back out soon to romance my lady. all blades arnt we. joshtetley 14-02-2009, 19:03 Great performance from the lads today, hendrie and cotts were the difference and I am baffled as to why he took hendrie off? Just a shame he didnt play that side against the pigs last week, and talking of the piggies well done to donny for beating em. Squiggs 14-02-2009, 19:16 God knows why we chose to play that game without our regular captain, and a defender in his midfield place (though Zayatte did score ours so not without merit) - but the lack of cohesion showed. Have to admit, we were brighter in the 1st half than the 2nd - United seemed the better team for much of the 2nd half with the ball spending most of the time at the kop end, also partly thanks to our LB having a rare "off day" So apologies to your "Blackwell Out"-ers that we couldn't do more to further your cause today....... CorkerSWFC 14-02-2009, 20:01 You could say well played Blades but in a way its a chance lost, it will be a toughie at the Kc now. pathebladela 14-02-2009, 20:05 good game good atmosphere if blackie sorts it out hull are ther for the taking, to be honest i cannot see how hull have done so well medioca side to me well done blades its better stuff when its played on the deck ps got to mention 2 players cotts n hendrie very good today cotts back to his best n 1 last mention well done monty better today bye far Billy B 14-02-2009, 20:06 At least we are still in it ukdobby 14-02-2009, 21:00 22k there wasn't there, how many did Hull bring? As many as you gave us tickets....the exact number of which I am not sure. I was told about 5000, but being in the lower tier westfield corner it was hard to visualise how many. bladebloke 15-02-2009, 11:34 As many as you gave us tickets....the exact number of which I am not sure. I was told about 5000, but being in the lower tier westfield corner it was hard to visualise how many. not totally true mate. you get 5,000 approx. and if you sell them you can apply for another 2,000. you did'nt apply for the other 2,000. thats why a third of the lane end upper was closed. we'll sell out at yours. SteveBlade 15-02-2009, 11:50 Will they get to General Sale? Could get one now with my season ticket but a few of my mates without season tickets want to go. bladebloke 15-02-2009, 12:04 Will they get to General Sale? Could get one now with my season ticket but a few of my mates without season tickets want to go. i'm in the same boat mate. went to the charlton game and yesterdays but now have to wait to see if those that did'nt go want a tkt for hull. yep that old chestnut. joshtetley 15-02-2009, 12:37 I will be getting my ticket as im a season ticket holder,im not sure how many I can have,of course I have attended the charlton and hull games so I have done my bit. SteveBlade 15-02-2009, 12:51 I will be getting my ticket as im a season ticket holder,im not sure how many I can have,of course I have attended the charlton and hull games so I have done my bit. Says its 1 ticket per season ticket holder.. So i cant get any for my mates, i went to the Charlton & Hull matches too. Hopefully they dont sell out before Saturday. bladebloke 15-02-2009, 18:03 it should be charlton and hull stubs first season tkt or not. then season tkt holders without stubs. i will be ok as i have mates with season tkts who arnt going. so i'll just borrow theirs. Rocklegend 15-02-2009, 19:02 And our reward if we get through is...another trip to Arsenal.:help: sheff71 15-02-2009, 19:08 Says its 1 ticket per season ticket holder.. So i cant get any for my mates, i went to the Charlton & Hull matches too. Hopefully they dont sell out before Saturday. If season ticket holders didn't want to goto the first game at the Lane, i'd think it'd be even less likely they'd want to go somewhere like Hull for the replay (unless they live out that way)... Thingything 16-02-2009, 00:01 here here steve. much better. why did'nt he play that side last week. morgan apart.. hull here i come ground 121. straight home tonight to gell the hair and back out soon to romance my lady. all blades arnt we. Gell the hair back!!!.......it aint the 80's mate Decent result for ya yesterday but if ya do beat Hull can't see ya getting past Cardiff or Arsenal reserves, your lot got ya arse kicked by Arsenal's youth team but good luck Earwiggo 16-02-2009, 09:50 Does this mean Blackclock's a good manager again? He was dire and on his way out last week! :) CorkerSWFC 16-02-2009, 10:08 And our reward if we get through is...another trip to Arsenal.:help: Arsenal have got to beat Cardiff yet, that won't be an easy game for the Gunners. 2tjohnston 16-02-2009, 11:57 Just hope he does not drop Cots and Hendrie for the next game @ Plymouth he took Hendrie of because he had a knock i was told. Rocklegend 16-02-2009, 17:18 Arsenal have got to beat Cardiff yet, that won't be an easy game for the Gunners. The incentive of playing us will be enough...:D CorkerSWFC 16-02-2009, 17:22 The incentive of playing us will be enough...:D Well ive tipped Cardiff tonight, so it will be 99% Arsenal who you end up playing lol Rocklegend 16-02-2009, 18:48 Well ive tipped Cardiff tonight, so it will be 99% Arsenal who you end up playing lol After they beat Burnley in R5 (which they failed to do in the Carling Cup):suspect: canadablade 17-02-2009, 13:28 Arsenal have got to beat Cardiff yet, that won't be an easy game for the Gunners. :D yep Cardiff gonna give em fits |
