seriously,id say "ground rules" when my older brother came back after 10 years,he spent the next 10 treating home like a cheap hotel,

You are not a hotel.
He is responsible for his room.
He does his share of the household chores.
He takes his turn at cooking meals.
He pays his share of the bills, gas, electricity, water, council tax, phone, etc.

Yep, he might want to keep his independence though and might not move home for long at all.
I certainly wouldnt think of moving back home to me mams if I ever split with the missus, I need my independence too much now.
