I have recently started renting a west one appartment, but it doesnt come with a parking space. I require one from 1st July as that is when my job starts and I need to commute to work. If anyone has a space to rent, or could point me in the right direction then I would be most grateful. :)

How much should I be expecting to pay?

It depends what property you are renting there.
I rent a Ucube, so the parking is £75 a month.
If you rent a more expensive propertry (ie a 1 bed) it goes down to £50 a month.

check out the notice boards in the different lobby areas where the post boxes are....... usually on there if theres any.... :thumbsup:

I was in West One Plaza One lobby (Cavendish St.) on Monday eve and noticed an advert for a parking space to rent at £50 pcm.
