I swear I can smell tobacco everytime I go to church but never see anyone smoking - do priests secretly smoke? Its not helped by the smell of the paper that is used to make bibles - next time you go into a church, take a sniff at a bible and you will see what I mean. I don't think most christians would call smoking a sin, although they would probably tend to discourage it as it harms the body, and christians say you shouldn't deliberately harm yourself. Most priests are allowed to drink wine and have sex, unless they are Roman Catholics. |
