can i jus ask, has anyone been to ponds forge gym within the past 3 days, as im going tonight i jus wanna know if theyve done it up, thanku very much

They were supposed to be building a proper gym inside ponds forge itself- where u go trampolining but i guess nothings been done about that yet?

they've redone Bizzy Bodies, new carpet and paint job. Changed the machines and stuff round too so more space. it's ok, off there tonight as it happens - wish me luck!

i went last night, im not a fan of that bizzy bodies thing, downstairs seems much better n chilled out, better than what i thought it would be, i still think concords best tho

I went the other day i still think the swimming is the best thing there though, but there are a few young scallies about in the lanes these days.
