A 14 year old jack russel died from injuries after saving children from a savage attack from two pitbull terriers.

I think we need the good stories to even out the 'all dogs are dangerous' messages which are so often in the headlines. I know that my dog would defend me (or any child) to the death too.

Oh bless him - what a brave little soul... what a sad story - but it is nice to hear of a dog doing good for once. All the bad stories get into the press.
