Right, we've made a decision, and it hasn't been easy, believe me.

Due to Jeremy's huge vet bill, we are going to have to stop fostering off of our own backs, at least for a while. Now, this doesn't mean we aren't willing to foster-quite the opposite actually-it just means we can't afford to do it all by ourselves anymore. I've emailed CATS to see if there's anything we can do for them-but does anyone know of any other rescues that are in need of fosterers at the moment? Cats in particular-but we can take an occasional dog, if really, REALLY needed (landlord:hihi: ), and small furries are no problem either.

Having some new blood around the house is just the tonic we need, I'm sure!

Any help would be appreciated :)

We'd love to look after a cat for a while, we've done it before.

Small animals definately fine too, dogs can be a bit awkward, because of our landlord, plus of course, we go to work!

PM Either of us :)

Just phoned up South Yorkshire Animal Rescue-and they are sending out a form for me to fill in.

Also filled in the RSPCA online application-have to wait and see what either of them say.

Oooh-just phoned the cat shelter too who said they didn't need any at the moment, but if I popped in one afternoon would take my details and get in touch if they did need us.

Ta Dozy! Just phoned them up, but no answer-I shall try again in a little while:D

You know how it is-either no-one will need us or we'll be offered about 50 cats to look after:hihi:

Absolutely - either feast or famine! I think the CP number used to always be on an answering machine, because the contact worked full-time, and calls were returned in the evening.

I better not tell haddock if 50 cats are on the way-I'll just smuggle them in when he's away next week:hihi:

Ahhh-I better go and leave a message then! No doubt there will be mucho giggling at my voice on the answermachine:hihi:
