I know we've had other threads about what winds you up, but today I need to get this off my chest.

People that park in the NCP car park (particularly at Atkinsons, but where ever is also true). There are clear signs that say No Pedestrians on the Ramps, it's there for a ****ing reason people.
It's so people like me don't get irate with people like you when you're walking down or up them at your snails pace when I need to get parked/leave the building. It's safety for you not to get crushed under my 4 wheel drive vehicle.

You have pedestrian walkway ramps/lifts and stairs... make ****ing use of them. Otherwise don't complain to me when I'm almost crushing your ankles with my car :rant:

Walking down the ramp at the Atkinson's car park and idiots in their, 'I've got a small penis so need a giant off road 4x4 even though I live in the middle of Sheffield' come steaming up the ramp as if they own the place, then race round the car park, scaring old people and children because they need to get out with in the hour to save 25pence.

If you're feeling particularly malicious and there is a slow walker on the ramp in front of me who is also completely oblivious of the possibility of motor vehicles being there too (usually the case), it can be fun to see just how close behind them you can get before they go into headless chicken mode :twisted:

neeeeeeeeeek I hate 'em too. There's loads of these 4x4s come out here on Sundays in the summer, thundering along the lanes at 60 mph...lanes that are barely wide enough for two minis to pass comfortably, yet they expect the smaller cars to get out of their way by pulling onto the verge. I think it's because the 4x4 drivers don't like to get their wheels dirty. :hihi:

The big black ones with loads of shiny chrome and darkened windows are the worst. Can't imagine why they bother because they can't see the countryside through the windows. :rolleyes:

Speaking as one of those people who do occasionally walk up and down the ramps that forbid pedestrians, I should say in my defence that I know I am taking a risk.

I know that I might get run over, but it is the quickest or easiest route so that is what I am going to do and hang the consequences...

and people who seem to thing that as they are in a car and wanting to turn into another road the fact that someone is walking across said road is irrelevent because they are far superior as they are driving.

I wasn't saying it was right for pedestrians to walk down ramps but just laughing at the response (basically the complete opposite of your argument)
