Hello people.

When I come to Shefield in September I intend to join one or more of the local combat sports/martial arts clubs.

I was wondering though, which clubs have heavy bags for training and if so, do they have to be used within lesson session times or are they available for a longer, slightly less limited time?

Hi Ian
Plenty of Heavy Bags and a Boxing ring at our gym.
Oh and the trainer lets you stay back afetr class and use the bags while he takes everyone on the pads or spars with the fighters.

Oh i forgot about the speedballs and the concrete bag (that you can hurt your shins on!!!)
