For those of you in/towards the Peak District, I'm trying to get a knitting group off the ground. We're planning to meet once a month (probably a monday evening) in one of the Tideswell hostelries.

hi im interested. There are a couple of knitters in castleton and we are thinking of the same thing.... do you know about the one in Eyam 2nd n 4 thurs of each month 1.30-4 at the buttery??

My grandma still lives in Tideswell - JohnnyMathis has moved on but I'll let her know, she might be up for it.

We've set our first meet-up date for Monday 16th Feb @ 7.30pm at The Star in Tideswell if anyone wants to join us. Do PM me if you're planning to come along - just so I can keep tabs on numbers. I'm then hoping we settle on a regular slot - probably first Monday of every month.

Kelly - wasn't aware of the Eyam one.....but, sadly, during the day isn't much good for me because of work.

Just a quick follow up re this. The Tidza Knit and Sip group are now meeting regularly on the first Monday of every month @ 7.30pm in the Star Pub in Tideswell (the room on the left as you go in). Everyone welcome!
