Anyway I've noticed he's carrying a knife in his sock (not sure size of blade). Isn't this illegal and can't he be arrested for possesion of an offensive weapon given he's in public?

Would be good to see him searched and arrested. Cant have people going round with knives.

Its a dirk and part of recognised national costume. It would be interesting to see what would happen if he was arrested for it and it was challenged.
