How do I find the network address of my netgear router?

I'm trying to set up a realtek dongle on XP and it's having none of it. I have done this many times before with other machines. I'm sure I'm WPA and it thinks I'm WEP or is ith the other way around?

Start > run, type "cmd" click ok
once the black box pops up, type ipconfig and press enter
look for something in there called "Gateway"

it will be something like these..
192.18.1.1
10.1.1.0
10.0.0.1
162.0.0.1 etc...
